Paul Neale is chief executive of Kingston Smith Association Management, providing a wide range of services to trade associations, professional bodies and charities.

He has been involved in the not for profit sector for over 20 years and has obtained extensive experience and holds several executive positions. 

He is currently a Trustee and Treasurer of a charity dealing with crime prevention based in London, on the main Board and Treasurer of the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE), a Council member of the Institute of the Association Management (IoAM), Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM)  and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) , the International Association of Association Management Companies (IAAMC), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Meetings International Association (MIA).
