WKS and Dover Childs Tyler join forces

Willott Kingston Smith and Dover Childs Tyler are joining forces, creating a powerful leader in the field of media and entertainment accounting. The team of twenty five Dover Childs Tyler staff will move into Willott Kingston Smith’s West End office this month, creating a specialist practice with fifty seven employees, including six partners.
Clients from both firms, which will operate under the Willott Kingston Smith name, will now have access to a more extensive range of media and entertainment related services. The media office will also have full access to Kingston Smith LLP, one of the UK’s top 20 accountancy firms.

Willott Kingston Smith provides industry-specific advice on a wide range of corporate and financial issues, covering financial strategy, sales and acquisitions, business valuations, succession planning, incentivising key employees and tax planning solutions. Clients include leading marketing services agencies, media, music, theatre, film and TV production companies as well as performing artistes. The merged companies will have a combined list of over 2,000 clients.
