Kingston Smith & Partners appoints new partner

Kingston Smith & Partners LLP (KS&P), the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency arm of Kingston Smith LLP, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michaela Hall as a partner.

Michaela is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and brings to the role 19 years’ experience in corporate and personal insolvency. Previously a partner at Harris Lipman LLP, Michaela’s wide-ranging experience includes advising SMEs across a variety of sectors, overseeing trading administrations, and assisting individuals with Individual Voluntary Arrangements. In addition, she is a registered fixed-charge receiver and has particular expertise in forensic recovery services.
