Kingston Smith meets quality standard
Kingston Smith has recently undergone a successful assessment of our quality systems for the purposes of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
This is the British version of the international standard, which sets out the quality system standards necessary to ensure that an organisation meets customer, statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the sector in which the organisation operates.
Kingston Smith first received certification of its quality systems in 1994, with recertification taking place every three years and interim quality audits on the system every six months. During the current recertification the systems of HR Insight Limited and the Fundraising and Management Support division of Kingston Smith Services Ltd were assessed for the first time. Their systems are now also certified as meeting the requirements of the quality standard.
