Moira Hindson is Head of our Forensic Accounting Services team and a Member of the Expert Witness Institute. She has been involved in cases including professional negligence, business interruption, loss of profits and breach of contract. Moira’s experience ranges from relatively small business interruption and breach of contract claims to claims for damages in excess of £300 million.

Moira is an Accredited Expert Witness and has acted as Expert accountant in many cases involving the quantification of lost profits arising from contractual disputes and lost earnings, lost pensions and other benefits arising as a consequence of personal injury and medical negligence. She has also acted as Expert in matrimonial proceedings involving the valuation of privately owned companies and has been involved in many of high-profile fraud cases in which she was instructed by solicitors acting for company directors facing allegations of fraud.
