Nick Miller is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (‘ABRP’). Nick has over 20 year's experience in all areas of corporate recovery and insolvency. During his career, he has held senior management positions with KPMG Peat Marwick and Deloitte & Touche.

In January 1995 Nick founded Kingston Smith & Partners, the corporate recovery arm of Kingston Smith.

Nick has specialised in receivership and administration work, together with investigations and general advisory work on behalf of lenders. Industries where Nick has particular expertise are licensed trades i.e hotels, public houses and night clubs, Leisure and tourism, property and construction, manufacturing and engineering, and marketing services.

He has considerable experience of asset tracing and recovery, and has had many assignments that have involved formulating and implementing recovery strategies, requiring close liaison with lenders and other professional advisors and the application of his highly developed commercial and technical skills.
