Brian is based in our Redhill office, with an emphasis on strengthening and developing the firm's insolvency offering in South East.

Brian has worked in the Insolvency sector for 11 years and qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2009. Prior to that Brian spent 15 years with a leading bank and has also experienced life as a company director.

Using his knowledge from all sides of the business spectrum, Brian advises Directors on company liquidations, administrations and voluntary arrangements. He has previous experience overseeing a number of Law and Property Act Receiverships and worked closely with Banks in building out distressed property developments. He also specialises in personal insolvency, in particular IVAs, and investigates bankrupts on behalf of the Secretary of State.

Brian is a Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Insolvency Practitioners Association. Brian is also licensed with the ICAEW
