Brendan Hegarty is Senior Manager of the Management Accounts and Bookkeeping Services and responsible for the department firm-wide. With over 20 years of general practice experience he has introduced new internal systems and software uses to streamline many of the firms working practices. With a current team of ten staff and one other manager he oversees almost 150 unique assignments per year.

As a Department we receive new work from existing clients that are doing new system implementations or require additional reporting or training. Also, with start-up situations, the Department liaise regularly with our VAT and the Payroll Solutions Department as typically it will affect all three areas.
