Sid Bright is a general practice partner providing audit, accounting and taxation advice to a wide range of incorporated and unincorporated businesses. Over time he has evolved a mentoring style for his clients, assisting and guiding them on their business development plans and strategy, including succession planning. Particular specialist areas include business plans, business valuations, due diligence, accounting systems review and capital allowances for trading premises.

Sid also acts for a number of charities and other not for profit entities, providing general advice as well as statutory audit services and special audits required by grant making bodies. Having been a charity trustee, and currently a governor of two state sector schools, he has developed a clear appreciation of the issues and challenges facing the sector. Given his experience in advising clients in the Automotive industry, Sid is an active member of the firm's Automotive sector group.
