In working with you on programme development and agenda creation, we would co-ordinate the mailing of invitations and process advanced registrations. During the meeting, we manage all event logistics including speaker and program arrangements, on-site registration and materials for meeting attendees.

As a result, we want to provide the expertise necessary to make sure your conference is a success for your association in every way - profitable, networking opportunities, education and media exposure. This would include co-ordinating all aspects of your event’s program design and arrange printing and mailing services.
