- Collect donations through a variety of payment methods - cheques, standing orders, credit or direct debits.
- Provide a credit card ‘hotline’ so your members can renew their membership or donate additional sums at a time to suit themselves.
- Monitor expected income and send out reminders for you where necessary.
- All receipts will be paid directly into your designated bank account, reducing your transaction charges.
- Manage rolling or fixed date renewals monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annually giving.
Specific reports are produced to an agreed schedule and sent to you as part of the service. A dedicated Operations Co-ordinator will be allocated to your organisation, ensuring a personal and consistent service for you and your supporters.
