KS & P LLP offer a full range of corporate recovery and insolvency services and provide specialist services to a number of banking clients, factors and other lenders, including viability and security reviews, restructuring and new business opportunities.

We are on a number of panels for H M Customs & Excise, the Inland Revenue and other government agencies and having set up the Forensic Insolvency & Recovery Service (FIRS) 7 years ago, we are at the forefront of insolvency investigation work carried out on conditional fee agreements, using a designated team in St Albans.
