Jon heads up Kingston Smith's Technology Sector team, the firm's specialist offering to technology businesses, advising early stage companies through to listed plcs.
Having joined Kingston Smith in 1989, Jon was made partner in 1999. Working in general practice, he looks after accounts and audit, corporate and personal taxation issues, and particularly enjoys the steep growth curve of early stage tech companies and those with an interest in achieving an international presence.
Jon is actively involved with London Business Angels and has served as director of British Business Angels Association. He also writes each week in the 'Business Doctor' column in The Sunday Times business section. In addition, Jon advises in the healthcare sector and on the tax structuring for fundraising issues.
