Mark also works with listed companies, including on the application of International Financial Reporting Standards.
Mark’s work with professional firms most frequently covers business structuring, succession planning and the development of profit sharing arrangements to promote desired behaviours. Mark focuses on helping clients with people development and incentivising of staff through share option schemes, bonus structures and profit sharing arrangements. He also works closely with our corporate finance team to assist clients who are preparing to sell their business or are planning to acquire one through inorganic growth.
Outside of the office, Mark enjoys running, though spends the majority of time with his family and two young children.
