Parveen joined Kingston Smith in November 1977 as a trainee and is based in Redhill.  Now a partner, he is also Head of Bookkeeping and Management Accounts, Director of KS Arcis (J. V. Company in India) and Head of the KS India Desk.

Underlining Parveen’s dedicated approach to his work is the fact that he takes ownership of the service delivery for all of his clients, irrespective of where the service is coming from.  Pro-active in tax planning, Parveen always has the best interests of his clients foremost in his mind, and will always be available to guide and support them through his advice and the services he and his team offer.

For many years, Parveen has acted as the lead partner in the establishment and strengthening of Kingston Smith’s links with India.  Instrumental in introducing the outsourcing of accounting in the country, he has been responsible for setting up the joint venture and organising all the relevant training to ensure its steady expansion.  In a similar vein, Parveen founded the firm’s India Desk and continues to oversee and direct its development.  Currently, he is focused on setting up new services for Indian clients who wish to invest in the UK and non resident Indians (“NRI”) who are looking to invest in India.

Parveen’s extensive career in accountancy means that he has been involved in a number of prestigious projects, including auditing companies of up to £110 million turnover.  He has also worked hand in hand with a client from start-up in 1986 to its sale in 2003, when it had a turnover of £70 million with a sale price of £30 million. Parveen has been central to the success of many of his clients; for example, he organised a CVA (Creditors’ Voluntary Arrangement) for five years, which allowed a twenty year old company to survive against the odds.
