We offer a range of public training courses and bespoke training and facilitation. Our courses are based on improving technical skills in all aspects of fundraising and not for profit management.
Bespoke Training Courses
Our client-led approach means that we can design and deliver training of any length to be held at a venue of your choice and completely tailored to your needs. If you have more than eight people who require training, our bespoke, in-house training is an excellent alternative to the public courses. Existing course material will be adapted to use examples, case studies and exercises that are specific.
We have experienced consultants who can facilitate your Board or staff awaydays or planning sessions. We can take the objective view, ask difficult questions and present new ideas as a prelude to change. We can help staff and Boards to review vision, mission and values to achieve consensus on the way forward together.
Our consultants can work with staff groups to build cohesion and teamwork. We undertake an assessment process using established tools and facilitate group and individual sessions to improve performance, effectiveness and team dynamics.
