GDPR – Friend or foe for SMEs?
The new GDPR comes into force in May and there’s a lot for businesses to think about and prepare. You may be holding vast amounts of data on your clients, and perhaps on their behalf too.
But it doesn’t have to be laborious. The GDPR is an opportunity to review your processes when it comes to communicating with your clients and contacts. Once implemented, it can result in cost savings through more effective targeting, and provide more in-depth data analysis of your current clients.
At Kingston Smith, we have strengthened our business advisory offering by formally taking on board GDPR expert, ClearComm. ClearComm is committed to approaching the GDPR in a positive way and providing solutions, including a new self-certification portal.
We would like to invite you to a seminar designed specifically for SMEs, delivered by certified data protection officer Mark Burnett. Mark doesn’t use jargon, he makes the GDPR straightforward.
If you’re yet to address the GDPR in your business, or you’ve started and are in need of more specialist advice, then join us on Wednesday 25 April.
