Flux Freestyle, a trampoline park in Ipswich, has gone into administration and Kingston Smith has been appointed as administrators. Flux opened on Cardinal Park in Ipswich in July 2016, but suddenly closed in early January. As first reported in the Ipswich Star, Kingston Smith & Partners has been appointed as administrators of Flux Freestyle Limited.

The government launched its Employment Status Consultation on 7 February to look at whether the existing case law tests for being an employee should be written into statute.
