Now that it is winter, temperatures have dropped and the weather begins to worsen, are you prepared for what the winter conditions will throw at your business?

- Provide drivers of company vehicles with additional guidance during periods of bad weather
- Treat all employees consistently to avoid the risk of discrimination claims.
