Kingston Smith is finalist for three awards for its people and tech focus

Kingston Smith is delighted to be a triple finalist in the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards 2019. The three categories the top 20 accountancy firm is shortlisted in are people development, best use of technology and workplace wellbeing.

Alongside Kingston Smith’s rigorous accountant training programme and staff development initiatives, on the technology side, the firm boasts agile working, a data analytics tool and cloud-based accounting, all to further enhance client service.

Regarding workplace wellbeing, the firm’s partnership with mental health charity Mind has had a far-reaching impact on staff, with education, mental health first aider training and fundraising events.

The awards showcase businesses’ performance and achievements to clients, customers, suppliers, stakeholders and the wider business community. The awards will be announced on 13 June 2019 at a gala dinner in the stunning St Albans Cathedral.
