Recognising opportunities in challenging times
Our most recent survey has revealed that an increasing number of businesses are proactively planning for Brexit. We are seeing increased enquiries from our more forward-thinking clients who are looking to innovate and take advantage of the opportunities that Brexit presents.
Additionally, assuming Brexit is agreed, most respondents recognise that they face continued uncertainty during the transition period until a trade deal is eventually finalised with the EU27. This reinforces the need for lateral thinking amongst businesses.
Paul Samrah, Kingston Smith’s Brexit Impact Specialist, said: “What is coming through from our discussions is that SMEs remain resilient. Indeed, the uncertainty is motivating entrepreneurs to innovate and succeed through these uncertain times. At Kingston Smith, we are ideally placed to advise businesses on developing their strategy and future plans.
