With a strong background in retail HR, Amy has experience in dealing with fast-paced organisations, has a commercial outlook, manages risk as appropriate and recognises the importance of employer branding. Having worked for successful international brands, she has experience in all sectors of retail ranging from prestige and high end luxury to fashion and volume brands. Understanding its competitive market, she always keeps up to date with current retail activity. Previous projects include the design and implementation of large restructures, complex employee relations cases, large recruitment processes including the creating and facilitating of assessment centres, the design and delivery of management training programs, researching and implementing new benefit platforms and the design of an HR strategy. Whilst always ensuring the client experience is positive, Amy has a hands-on approach with organisations, tailoring the support to the requirements of the business in every area of the employee lifecycle.
