Angela Cremer, HR Consultant, works pragmatically and tirelessly providing commercially-focused advice on the complete spectrum of HR issues, helping clients identify people solutions and strategies to meet their business needs and goals, however challenging. Angela frequently supports clients on the Response Line, advising on employment, performance and conduct issues; drafting correspondence and guiding employers through the chairing of difficult meetings, with the aim of moving employee relations issues through to resolution. She will also work with clients on longer term projects, providing advice on HR strategy and cultural change, as well as bringing a detailed eye to the drafting of employment contracts, handbooks and stand-alone policies.
