Charlotte joined KSAM in September 2007. She has a strong background in customer service management in a variety of different fields, and has gained a wealth of experience in Association Management through dealing with many clients both in the office and on site at events. Charlotte’s team deliver a wide range of administrative support to clients. It is her responsibility to motivate the team to deliver the best service possible, and to ensure that work is delivered to deadlines and within the agreed resource levels.
