Ian strongly believes that for an adviser to be able to provide the best service possible, they must truly buy into their clients’ business – proactively looking to help clients develop and grow. To offer this level of service, Ian makes sure he is easily accessible to all of his clients and able to find the best commercial solution for each of them.

Over the last decade Ian has advised owner-managed businesses across many sectors, utilising his broad tax experience to help his clients achieve their own personal and professional aspirations. Ian focuses predominantly on SME businesses and their owners; he has particular experience of working with clients in the property, technology and entrepreneurial business sectors.

He has been a driving force behind the founding and development of Redhill Business Guild, and became its first elected chairman.

Ian was named one of Accountancy Age’s 35 Under 35 in 2018.

Outside of work, Ian is a keen squash player and enjoys going to gigs, though with a young family it has been some time since he was able to do either. Ian enjoys watching most sports and has the ‘unfortunate affliction’ of being a Cardiff City FC supporter.
