Jess is a HR professional with a vast range of generalist HR experience and knowledge, most recently coming from a fast-paced environment for a large national retailer. Jess is skilled in establishing facts, identifying risks, and providing best practice solutions in a timely manner whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Jess has extensive knowledge in handling complex employee relations cases, including absence management, as well as assisting, training and advising managers and directors with their performance and conduct issues. Jess provides this support whilst staying commercially focused and ensuring that the business is protected.

Jess has gained her experience from a number of sectors such as retail, construction and manufacturing, which has given her excellent adaptive communication skills whilst meeting the client’s needs, ensuring advice is in line with legal parameters, which is always her priority.
