Jon is constantly looking for new ways to support their business objectives and is always on hand to advise his clients on their day-to-day business issues and queries. With years of experience of working closely with architects, lawyers and patent attorneys, he understands the unique issues they face, advising firms on tax, accounting and regulatory matters as well as M&A opportunities and global operations. Jon is also one of the firm’s leading experts on SRA Accounts Rules and provides training on them for law firms, as well as in-house.

With an extensive network of contacts both inside and outside the firm, Jon is quick to draw on the knowledge of other professional advisers such as lawyers and IP experts and, where appropriate, to arrange client introductions..

Jon joined the firm as a trainee in 2001 and become a partner in 2011. He also writes each week in the ‘Business Doctor’ column in The Sunday Times business section.

Something of a foodie, in his spare time Jon enjoys cooking and eating out at restaurants, as well as spending time with his young children.
