Luke trained and qualified with Kingston Smith, joining the graduate training scheme in 2010 which included a nine month sabbatical to a KSi associate firm in Sydney, Australia.

Luke is a manager in our City office with a large portfolio of clients from various sectors, with a focus on the property and technology sectors. Luke’s clients range from new entrepreneurial start-ups to larger AIM-listed groups. He has experience of working with property investors, developers and traders on both commercial property and residential property transactions. As a result, Luke is well-positioned to advise on a range of issues throughout the client growth cycle, including company set up, initial tax planning, audit and accountancy services, corporation tax, VAT advisory, R&D tax credits, raising funds (including SEIS and EIS), personal tax and exit planning.

In his spare time Luke is a sports enthusiast (when he isn’t injured) and enjoys playing football, badminton, darts, running and cycling.
