Mahmood’s in-depth knowledge and industry experience in advising clients over many years has served him well. His clients recognise his unique insight and proficiency, valuing the close relationship that he develops with them through taking the time to understand and appreciate their business and financial goals.

Mahmood works mainly with SMEs and not-for-profit entities, including charities, schools and colleges and has strong experience of the West London and Thames Valley markets. He particularly enjoys working with clients in the technology sector, supporting them as they develop their product and business model, as well as their funding and structuring options.

He spent 20 years in a Big Six accounting firm, prior to joining Kingston Smith and has held several senior internal finance and leadership roles, broadening his commercial, not for profit and technology sector experience.

Mahmood has two teenage sons, which means that outside of work his life tends to consist of a lot of football and other sports. When time allows, he also likes to delve into a good book.
