As Head of Marketing for Kingston Smith, Rebecca oversees the business development and marketing strategy across the firm. Responsible for the corporate brand, digital strategy and firm wide initiatives, she is a collaborator, who is constantly evolving.

Rebecca provides advice to the Executive Board and wider partnership on how to communicate the Kingston Smith offering to its clients and future clients. She has an eye for beginning with the end in mind to achieve maximum output.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Rebecca has delivered numerous projects including a firm wide rebrand in 2017, aligning it to the firms brand values; commitment, enterprising, business building, empowering, enhancing, fresh and potential. Most recently she managed the delivery of a new and market-leading website; the first in the top 20 with voice recognition search and aimed to providing users a better experience, by taking them through their business journey.

Rebecca is passionate about empowering the team around her in delivering a high quality service.

Before working at Kingston Smith Rebecca worked in the strategic consultancy, retail, and banking industries. She lives in London with her husband and pet Vizsla and loves boxing, fishing and running.
