Ryan is based in the City office and is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Ryan is responsible for dealing with all aspects connected to both personal and corporate insolvencies. This involves advising directors initially with regards to the company and also on a personal level with a view to advising them of the best course of action. Additionally, Ryan is required to liaise with QFCs and creditors, meaning that he has full exposure to the intricacies of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery process. Given the delicate nature of insolvency, Ryan maintains that developing strong relationships with his clients is of fundamental importance; mindful of the difficulties that they are currently facing, it is vital that the directors are put at ease.

Since joining the Corporate Recovery department within Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Ryan has been involved in a number of key projects, including helping trading builders merchants, a printing company, a photographic agency, a prominent charity and large chain of shoe shops throughout Administration, together with dealing with the liquidations of prominent charities.

A member of the R3 (Association of Business Recovery Professionals) – MABRP, in his spare time Ryan enjoys playing football, golf and squash, and going to the theatre.
