Sandra likes to build strong and supportive working relationships with her clients which result in a responsible and solutions-driven approach. She also prides herself on giving clients contemporary and relevant advice, which has a positive impact on their strategic and commercial decisions.

Having worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 20 years, and with extensive experience of the charity sector’s legislative, operational and financial requirements, Sandra’s time acting as a trustee and treasurer for several charities means she has a strong understanding and practical experience of the strategic management issues affecting charities. She has drawn on these to write well-respected toolkits for our charity clients on good governance, risk management and fraud risk.

Her clients span a wide spectrum across the not-for-profit sector, including health and social care, grant-giving trusts and foundations, professional and membership bodies and international charities. She has a particular interest in the arts sector, where her clients include theatres, arts venues, performing arts (music and dance) and arts educational clients. Sandra also regularly presents seminars for our clients on governance matters.

She is a keen supporter of the performing arts and regularly attends theatre, film and art exhibitions. She enjoys travelling and experiencing the local cuisine of the places she visits.
